This prestigious development is part of the JCT 600 Group for their premier Bentley marque. The two detached showrooms are framed in structural steelwork with many high quality exposed elements and portalised connections for open glazed areas. JPG also undertook the initial site investigation.

Link 62 and Trident Park Junction 32, M62

JPG Civil and Geotechnical Engineers completed this 180-acre land reclamation, designing new estate roads, sewers and surface water attenuation facilities, within the landscaped green open space. The development included design and construction of the Glasshoughton Coalfields Link Road.

Boxford EngineeringElland

This specialist manufacturing facility involved several of JPG’s specialist teams: Structural Engineering services for the building; Civil Engineering for drainage and flood risk reports; Geotechnical and Environmental for intrusive investigation, remediation method statements and validation reporting.

Pond inlet under constructionWakefield

A substantial twin box culvert inlet under construction. Our Civil Engineers selected a twin wide and shallow box culvert solution for this location due to restrictions imposed by existing services and the level of the receiving watercourse.  

Broad Street PlazaHalifax

This development is truly multi-use, with facilities including a nine screen cinema, a bowling alley, an 80 bed Premier Inn, many restaurant and commercial units and an NHS medical centre. To provide an efficient design, various structural forms have been used including steel, concrete frame and modular timber.

This speculative office development is of steel frame construction and comprises seven high quality office units.

Ramada Encore HotelGateshead

This prestigious four star 200-bed hotel development is situated on the banks of the Tyne, in close proximity to the Sage Theatre and the Millennium Bridge. The construction is of modular precast concrete over a steel frame. Phase Two will constitute 50,000 square feet of Grade A office space. 

Widnes Retail ParkWidnes

A multi-unit retail outlet with Marks & Spencer as the anchor tenant, this project was completed in 2010 and has attracted many major high street names. The construction is steel framed throughout. 

New car parts warehouse in Tees Valley

JPG is part of a Leeds based client, consultant and contractor team plan to deliver a 421,000ft2 car parts warehouse for Vantec Europe.

The warehouse is located on Turbine Business Park and within the newly created Tees Valley Enterprise Zone. It represents a £22.5m investment for Vantec. GMI Construction have now commenced work on site which is progressing well considering the poor weather through June and July. Steelwork erection is due to commence mid August.

Completion is due end of 2012.
